TERMS OF SERVICE

  • real people (in my style)
  • non human characteristics (ears/horns/hands etc.) on human
  • any gender couple/character
WILL NOT DRAW
  • heavy nsfw
  • mecha
  • furry/anthro (can't draw them well enough)
  • detailed gore
  • anything offensive
  • other styles
1. general terms
  • Final output will contain a subtle sign that you can't remove.
  • Price may change depending on complexity.
  • I have the rights to reject an order if i feel uncomfortable with it.
  • Client is not allowed to claim the artwork as their own.
  • Client may use the artwork for social media as long as they do not profit directly from it.
  • No NFTS
  • Can't be used for AI programs
  • There is no physical product given out, only a digital copy.
  • Customer would receive the sketch as well as the final product in (approx. 350 dpi) png form.
2. payment/refund terms
  • Currency accepted is only in usd or php.
  • Pay through paypal/gcash.
  • Payment should be either in 100% upfront or 50% upfront 50% finishing.
  • Don't send payment if the order isn't approved.
  • Refund is only applicable before i start your order or am unable to finish and send the work due to reasons.
  • If you request a paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and i will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. i will decline the chargeback and supply paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that i have completed work for you. furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
3. processing terms
  • I will notify you once i accept the order.
  • It usually takes me a week or two to work on a piece (please be patient!)
  • I will inform you of any drawbacks in my schedule.
  • I will send updates on the order during multiple levels of completion (sketch, line art, colors... may vary depending on complexity).
ATTENTION!
if the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, angel (aka poicheon - the artist), and i will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way i see fit. if you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
